A mysterious unseen force of evil is destroying Nikki's life, and she can't stop it. Hopes of making friends are reduced by the enemy to nothing but lies, deception, drunkenness, an arrest, and strife with her parents. Desperation pushes her to an unlikely escape, but that leads to the most unlikely change, and the beginning of an amazing new life. Transformed into an heir of the Almighty King, the unlikely new princess uses the power she receives to defeat the unseen foe, determined to reclaim everything the enemy stole from her. With her love for the King comes new friends, and through her testimony she offers hope that anyone else can inherit the same life-changing power, too. However, when drawn into battle with the town's darkest villains, Nikki encounters persecution, due in part to the envied new power. This leads to escalating new challenges, even the need to defy death.

Why I wrote this book: Today’s generations have grown up with TV, like Nickelodeon, Disney, Noggin (The “N”), MTV, countless movies, and all kinds of cartoons. What Hollywood produces is appealing, though not always edifying. The "Heirs of the King" book series takes the things that glue our attention to the TV and movie screen, and wraps them up with a message of power, hope, and new life through Jesus Christ.
